What it’s all about
Creative Mystics & Holistic Rebels (lovingly referred to simply as ‘Creative Mystics’) was born from a desire to remember and connect our creativity and spirituality.
We are all creative beings. Every single one of us is a divine creator.
We go about our days in a haze, rushing from one task to the next, not giving ourselves time and space to simply BE and to allow our unique expression to flow out.
We bottle up our emotions and feelings without giving them the chance to be heard, felt and released.
The modern day person has so much to contend with. So many distractions pulling the focus and attention away from ourselves. Away from the divine creator within all of us.
This is why once a month, myself and Holly hold a sacred space for you to simply BE. For you to STOP. For you to SENSE and FEEL your feelings.
Then we RELEASE!
Channelling your release into a creative activity is incredibly cathartic
We have worked with the element of water, and pushed ourselves to allow the flow to go where it needs to go.
We have worked with the element of earth, using clay and allowing it to speak to us in our hands, moulding, shaping, reshaping and allowing a creation to be birthed without a plan or control.
We have accepted change and impermanence when creating beautiful art in sand, knowing we will never be able to take it away with us.
Within the workshops we lead you on a journey, a journey to discover yourself a little deeper.
We dance, we move, we create, we express, we meditate, we journey, we eat, drink, share, laugh, cry and connect as this is what our soul so deeply yearns for, connection and oneness.
Holly is an amazing spiritual teacher and her knowledge and guidance during the workshops, takes you deep into the spiritual teachings and yourself. She holds space and guides us on a meditation journey, which is always exactly what those attending need. Spirit has a wonderful way of giving us what we need and Holly is the perfect channel.
I bring the creative expression element harnessing my natural creative nature and spiritual connection, to bring you different activities each month. I too listen to the guidance from spirit as the weeks go on and as I allow the flow into my daily life, an idea will just drop in for what this month's activity should be. Again it's always what is needed.
Together we Trust. We trust each other. We trust our connection. We trust spirit, source, God, our higher selves. We trust that what is needed will always be shown to us and this magic is permeated into all that we do.

We are located at: Tyn Cellar Farm, Water St, Port Talbot SA13 2PD
Our workshops run from 10.30am - 2pm. Please bring yourself a spot of lunch, tea and water is provided. If you have a yoga mat, a blanket, pillow and a journal please bring them along too.
The price is currently set to £28 a session.
We can't wait to journey with you in a quest to discover ourselves a little deeper each and every day, learning to express that self in whichever way possible, always!!

Jenny Giles
Jenny is a photographer, artist, divine creator, intuitive, alchemist, weaver, way-shower, space holder, shadow worker, light worker, Creatrix and all round disco ball of colour and light.
Her mission during these creative workshops, is to help you alchemise your emotions into self love and express them through creativity.
